OK, I'm starting to see a trend here, apparently no one was really happy with how they ate on Mother's Day, could that be a trigger?  Anyway,  I think you did okay today so don't worry so much and keep it on the bright side - you're right, it all stayed down and this is a good thing Alesia

Keep stroking me Connie, it sure feels good and helps me to stay on track...Speaking of which, congrats on your day too, you look pretty good for being tempted by children, they're paying attention and went for the SF stuff...You are too good for still getting in your exercise, can I count snoring for an extra 3 hours in the am as exercise ... Have a good evening...Alesia

Alesia, I wouldn't fret too much about that one cookie, I feel you should pat yourself on the back for having had only one homemade cookie.

Thanks Sher, I do try not to worry overmuch about sliding outside the lines sometimes, know I am only human and an occasional slip is to be expected... Is tomatoes the only vegetable you planted?  We have a nice garden with 2 kinds of tomatoes, 3 kinds of peppers, watermelon, cucumbers, potatoes, sunflowers and a few hollyhocks for pretties to look at... Keep hearing about those black bean brownies...Seen the recipe, might have to take a chance and try them, so far if I really crave brownies I've made the sf one from Big Train, they taste pretty good, but definately are not low in carbs...   Alesia
