Hey Anita, I looked you over, really not too bad at all...I've heard that 150 carbs a day is actually a pretty good number to shoot for although my day usually does not get that high, usually 100-120...Anyway, don't sweat it, you're going fine   Alesia

Hey Anita, I just saw this post with some good info about  how to calculate your BMR (basic metabolic rate) what this is supposed to do is help you figure out how many calories a day you should be eating to maintain your current weight, from there it is just a matter of eating less and burning more thru exercise to continue to lose weight...Check it out, I read it and it makes pretty good since to me - when I started looking back at my food journals and how many cals I eat a day now in maintenance I can see that on the days where I was in the BMR calorie range I stayed right at the same on the scale the next morning, if I was alot higher over a few days, the scale would go up a pound and vice versa for going down...Anyway check it out, might help you with how much you should be eating... hi plumpkitty, these things are great. i think they taste like no bake cookies... yumm............try them they are good... Protein Balls Recipe

The pb and oatmeal balls are VERY easy.

1 cup Peanut Butter 1 cup rolled oatmeal -- not the instant stuff 1 cup protein powder (I used half cho and half vanilla body fortress from walmart) 5 packets Splenda

Warm the peanut butter in microwave about 30-40 seconds -- it melts it and makes mixing in the other ingredients much easier. Add the oatmeal, protein powder, and Splenda and mix well. (If needed, you can add a little bit of water to make it easier to mix) Roll into walnut sized balls, refrigerate. Store in fridge in zip-lock baggies. This recipe makes 20-24 balls.

I figured them out for my Fitday food tracking cause I really like these alot, think that this is pretty close , its going to depend on how many you get in a batch, mine usually makes like 22 -25

113 cals 9 fat 5 carbs 7 protein

per ball
