Accountability - What did you eat, Saturday 5/12?

Here's what I had Saturday: Breakfast: scrambled egg (1) with melted cheese. Piece of bacon. Snack: spoonful of peanut butter Lunck: cheese and crackers. Dinner: 1/2 cheeseburger without the bun. 1/4 c cooked cauliflower. Snack: piece of pizza (4x4") while out dancing with friends.  I think I burned off all those calories- LOL. Water for the day: 145 ounces, Vitamins/B-12 and Calcium.

Hi Myrtle, Welcome and thanks for posting with us...Looks like you had a pretty healthy food day, but how can you stop at 1 spoonful of peanutbutter, I only say this cause I just love that stuff and can't stay away from it (peanut butter on banana, apples, cookies, in my protein shakes, you get the picture  ) Great liquids too, I often wonder if I drank more than 100 oz a day would that help with constipation issues - do you always drink this much and if so, are you "regular"?  Sorry if I'm asking TMI... Not too much TMI for this board - lol. I'm regular and find I"m not if I slack off on the water. I consistantly do 100-120 ounces of water a day and have gotten as high as 180 ounces daily - depending on what I'm doing. It helped tremendously with the weight loss when I was in the losing phase and I'm convinced it helps with maintenance.
