Happy Mother's Day !!!  I just rolled out of the bed and feel like I'm behind the power curve for things I wanted to do today, my go****s almost noon and I'm not even semi functional yet B - 1/2 cup serving sf choc/kahlua egg custard S - med banana with 2 tbsp peanutbutter and added fiber L-  south beach meal replacement bar - vanilla cream S -   1/3 cup tunasalad with egg          1 stalk of celery          1/4 cup green beans D - 3 oz baked lemon chicken breast       3/4 cup caesar salad       1 french roll with strawberry butter PLUS - 76 oz water/crystal light Fell off the program horse with the roll at dinner  , back on today ...

hello S- 2 sff fv nf latte B- 32 gram protien bar S- banana, med L- 4 nachos w/ beans cheese turkey hamburger S-pop corn, butter lover 2 cups D- low carb pizza S- protien bar 20 grams i felt hungry all day lol

You ate well too, good job ...When I feel hungry all day (not really hungry just feel like grazing, never really feel hungry ) I usually end up grazing too much, not necessarily bad food choices just a little nibble here and a little nibble there...Looks like you handled it really well... Alesia

hi alesia and all, the scale moved today.. it said 163 pounds but i'm not moving the ticker yet... just to make sure i did loose.... Here is what i had yesterday........ B- 1 c. oatmeal 1/2 c. skim milk 2 1/2 T flax seed meal L- 2 oz tuna fish 1 T. lite mayo 1 slice lite wheat bread 1 string cheese S- 2 pb protein balls D- 2 oz hamburger 1/2 c. pork and beans 1/3 c. homemade red potato salad S- 1 oh yeah cho./cho protein bar 1/2 c. strawberry/banana jello totals calories 1359, fat 68, carbs 100, protein 90 32 oz ice def. tea 16 oz def coffee 48 oz water treadmill 40 minutes 2 miles  Anita

Thanks Alesia, I'm getting better.....    with my food huh........ the weight will go down.. now i have to stop with the scale. maybe i will put it up..... what is that kahlua? i will have to but some custard cups to make this dessert....

Anita, Kahlua is a coffee flavored sf syrup made by divinci, you can get a small bottle at Walmart in the coffee section for about $2.50... I make them in the 1/2 cup size pyrex cups, if you don't have custard cups any really small glass or oven safe ceramic bowls will do... As for the scale, not much support there, I'm addicted to my daily weigh in, once a day, every morning ...

oh i will have to look for this strup at walmart... it does sound good.. yeah i got a small bowl but just would have to measure out a 1/2 cup.... not that hard to do.... i put the scale up by the side of the toliet so i dont see it when i sit.. lol.... it says stand on me .........stand on me.............. anita

Happy Mother's Day!  I'm having a pretty good one - despite the fact that yesterday I would've given anything to NOT be a mother!!  Stacy's graduation went real well but I had some words w/my other daughter and her girlfriend about their attitudes and it was downhill from there.  B - AchievONE, WW oatmeal cup w/1/2 c ff milk, banana S - pack of Lance pb on wh crackers L - 1 packet of almonds, AchievONE, 5 sf Werthers S and D - went to Miyabi's - enough said!  veggies, shrimp, onion soup, salad w/ginger dressing, fried rice , 2 spoons of sherbet S when we got home - 2 oz multigrain nacho chips w/2 oz lf sh cheese and salsa Plus I had 85 oz water, 12 oz Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper, 12 oz sf hot cocoa w/ff RW.  We walked from the hotel to graduation (10 min) and from graduation back to the hotel (10 min) and walked for 30 min at the mall before dinner.  Rachel's gone back to NYC and life will return to normal until July!  LOL

Ahh kids got to love 'em... Glad the graduation went well and looks like you stayed on the wagon pretty well, meals out are very challenging for me too, always feel like I'm eating too much even if its good choices, none the less, I enjoy going out to eat and find ways to make it work with my plan...Have a great evening! Alesia P.S.  I have 2 boys, about  2 1/2 years apart, its a love/hate relationship thats for sure and their friends just add a little spice to the mix...
