Accountability - What did you eat, Friday 05/11?

Friday wasn't too bad - until we got to Columbia and started "celebrating" Stacy's graduation early .  Oh, well - back on track - soon - LOL! B - 1 packet WC oatmeal w/2 T ground flaxseed, banana, 1/2 c ff milk S - 1 pack Lance pb on wh crackers, AchievONE L - apple w/2 T pb, pack of O'Coco's, sf Jell-O cup, 5 sf Werthers S - 1 c grapes, 1 oz Swiss cheese, AchivONE, sf fudgie D - 1/2 c spinach, 3 oz salad w/1 oz sh lf cheese w/lf TI dressing, sf Jell-O cup w/ff RW, 1/4 cantalope S - (this is where it gets bad) way too many cinnamon Wheat Thins (enough to make me feel dumpish ),  small handful of salt and vinegar potato chips, small handful of cashews Plus I had 64 oz water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 48 oz cf Diet Coke .  I did walk on the tread for 30 minutes and did light weights for 30 minutes before we went to Cola.

Well, I'm 6 years out so I probably don't eat like the rest of you. I try to stay within certain guidelines and I've eaten the same thing for years so I tend to keep my calories and other counts about the same, just because it's repitition for meals for me. Breakfast: S/F Instant breakfast, scoop of beneprotein, 8 ounces milk. Lunch: Cheese stick with two pieces of deli ham wrapped around it.               4 ounce can of V-8. Snack: couple pieces of beef jerky, cup of coffee, stick of cheeese. Dinner: 4 ounces steak, bite of potato and couple bites of veggies. Snack: couple tortilla chips with melted cheese. Water : 120 ounces for the day. All my Vits/B-12 and Calcium.
