Good Morning to all, Yesterday, got a request to not post this daily, wanted a little feedback from those of you who post with me - does daily help you or would every other day be fine or make a suggestion - I post this for me, but it is for all of you too, let me know if you have an opinion  B - 8 oz protein on the go, chocolate - coconut S - 4 oz lf cottage cheese with added fiber       snak size sf jello L - 1 cup white chicken chili      snak size mocchiato jello pudding S - 1 oz mixed cashews and macadamias D - 1 cup caesar, no croutons added slivered garlic caesar almonds       3 italian sausage stuffed mushrooms S - 1/2 cup serving chocolate/kahlua egg custard PLUS - 83 oz water/crystal light & 10 oz hot tea with vanilla/caramel creamer  Alesia S -

Alesia, What!!!!!!!!!!! I love your  post every day. It gives us idea's what to eat and what we might be eating wrong and to help us in our journey. was this too many calories, ect.... i am not sure...should i do the snacks with my meal? or thru out the day? thanks for your help and support... anita here is what i had yesterday... B-1 c. special k cereal 1 c. skim milk L-1 philly- gourmet steak 1 slice lite wheat bread 1/2 c. pork and beans 1/2 c. sf strawberry jello D- 1/2 c. mac and cheese 1 hot dog 1/2 c. applesauce S- 6 ritz hearty wheat crackers 2 T. simply jif peanut butter total calories 1374, fats 58, carbs 161, protein 61

oops forgot to add i walked 43 minutes outside and got some nice red skin now.... also drank  over 80 ozs of water.. anita

oh good.. i am doing good... i am trying to be good. i dont want to gain. the scale does go up and down. the ticker i have left it like that since some days are between 166 or 165 and 164... grrr.. but i'm working out it should make it go down and how i am eating. anita

Well I did much better with water.. I drank a full gallon yesterday which is my goal most days to get in so I am happy with that..

B- Protein drink 250 cals 35 pro
L-Chicken thigh with some cheese on it 250 cals 25 pro
D- Chicken Breast and beans 300 cals 30 pro
S- Ice cream.. bad bad bad.. 120 cals
S- Pretzels 100 cals 2 pro

Totals for the day 1020 calories and 92 protein.

Need to not eat that stupid ice cream.. I dump on so much stuff and even dont it doesnt make me throw up like other things I always get a tummy ache when I eat it.. but ice cream is my one great weekness in life..

Hey, I say if the icecream is not giving you problems and you are not having trouble staying in maintenance from having it, have it...If you want to feel a little better about the choice try a healther version like Skinny Cow or Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom...When I really get the taste for icecream i go to Baskin Robbins and get a kiddie scoop of whatever NSA they have in stock... Great job on getting in your water/liquids, keep up the good work... Alesia

Hi, Alesia!  I agree w/Anita - I look forward to this each day, unless it's a pain for you.  I really like to see what everyone else eats and what exercises they do, etc.  Just my humble opinion . B - 1 c Cheerios w/2 T ground flaxseed, banana, 1 c ff milk S - pack of Lance pb on wh crackers, AchievONE      12 oz ff sf decaf mocha latte' at the grocery store L - apple w/2 T pb, sf Jell-O cup, pack of O'Coco's, sf Godiva chocolate bar S - nsa ice cream sandwich, AchievONE D - 1/2 Chick-fil-A sandwich on wheat bun w/extra pickles, sm coleslaw, sf fudgie S - 1 1/2 c nsa vanilla ice cream w/1 c sliced strawberries and ff Reddi-Wip Plus I drank 65 oz water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 12 oz cf Diet Coke, 16 oz sf hot cocoa w/ff Reddi-Wip.  I, also, walked for 45 minutes at the mall and did light weights for 30 minutes.

threekats, hey some one agrees with me.... lol....  whats light weights? i have a 3 pound weight but dont know how to use it..

Hi, Anita!  I grew up in Sennett, NY - not too far from you!! I use 5 pound weights and just do 2 sets of 12 each of 6 different lifts that I got out of Prevention magazine and I, also, do 2 sets of 12 each crunches and leg lifts.  Just to get a "little" muscle mass to burn more fat - but, so far, that hasn't happened!  LOL
