Did have an awesome day Sher, looks like you did too... Have you considered training classes...My SIL is on her 4th class with her dog Jackson, he has his canine good citizenship award and behaves very well, I'm always impressed with the new things he has learned and they do the classes in the evenings and on weekends because she works full time - bet there is one in your area - something to think about if you are serious about training... hi alesia, how do you make these?  do you need a speical machine?  caf sf/ff french vanilla & caramel latte and  Choc/Caramel/Coffee protein frappachino here is what i had yeasterday.......... B- 1 c. kashi autumn wheat cereal 1 c. skim milk L- ate out going to furneral. ate the insides of a turkey sub so 4 slices turkey 2 slices provalone cheese, lettuce, tomato i was a good girl and didnt eat the roll.... D- church put on a dinner at furneral (hubbys uncle passed away) small size ham spoon of peas, scallopped potatoes, mac and cheese,baked beans. small piece of cho cake. bad bad.... S- 3 c. popcorn 100 calorie south beach diet cho thing.. after i got home . i put my shorts on and went to the hospitals wellness center gym and worked out for 40 minutes.. Anita

Anita, Your food day sounds pretty good, even with the little bit of cake, I'm sorry for the cir****tances that lead to you having to eat out, death is always stressful to deal with... The latte is from Starbucks, have to admit I am a regular patron...they only have a few sugar free (SF) syrups - french vanilla, hazelnut, cinnamon dulce and caramel (newest flav)...I frequently, as you can tell from my posts, get a protein fix from them...Really like to blend the fv & caramel or cd and caramel flavors... The frappachino is a home concoction : In my bullet blender (you can use any blender) put the following and blast it - 1 cup carb countdown chocolate milk 4-5 ice cubes 1 heaping tbsp sf caramel 1 scoop chocolate protein powder 1-2 heaping tbsp decaf coffee crystals 1 packet splenda Also do another variety where I use 1/2 a banana instead of the caramel, or skip the coffee crystals and put in both banana and caramel...You could sub lots of variations on this, since I like peanutbutter so much, be toying with trying the sf davinci p/b syrup as another variation... Hope you like it as much as I do, quite filling and satisfies my craving for a little something sweet to boot...  Alesia

oh i dont think there is a Starbucks around my area. i will have to get some of that  sf caramel.. that does sound good...  peanut butter sounds good too...

Hi, Ok I better start posting so that way I will stay on track!! My surgery was almost 5 years ago!  Ok, I had this  B  2 donut holes (I know, but they served them at work so i was trying to be polite without losing it ..LOL)  4 strawberries L  1/2 of a cheeseburger a few fries  A cookie D   1/2 of a hamburger patty. See what I mean?  I am not eating the right foods and I am not eating healthy. I need help to get back on track! 249/119/156/125 day of surgery/lowest/current/goal Lorri
