Hi Rebecca, Of course you are allowed to post with us, we welcome one and all - so welcome to our accountability posting...I find it really helps me to stay on track when I report in to others, thus I started this post... What is Yerba tea, never heard of it, herbal?

See ya back here in the postings... Alesia

Yerba Mate is an incredible tea that has the same antioxidants as a glass of red wine, a little bit of caffeine to get my day going and the same hormone in chocolate that give you that warm glowy feeling. It has officially kicked coffee to the curb (and I've been addicted to coffee for 25 years). I haven't had nearly as many digestive problems since drinking it and I'm officially hooked. So are my kids! The company cure's it in cedar for a year so it has a wonderful woodsy taste. Yummy with soy milk and a bit of honey. I learned about it from an organic living show called Fresh Living with Sara Snow. I purchased it at Trader Joe's (in the tea section) or you can order it online at www.Guayaki.com. Thanks for letting me post! I'm gonna go make my Yerba now.... Many Blessings, Rebecca

Thanks for the info Rebecca, I love tea and when I'm in the big city like a shop called teavana to resupply myself with the more exotic blends...Sorry to say, no Trader Joes in my little berg (I wish, miss them for CA) but will look into ordering it from the site you provided... Alesia
