Hey Candy, Know I don't need to tell you, but we all see a little fluctuation during the month...I set a max limit for myself also and when I'm there I really stress about getting back down to a more reasonable number, so I can relate... IT WILL BE BETTER next time you weigh in...  Alesia

Hi Sher, Good food day as far as choices, cals seem a little low to me though, is this an unusually low day?  does this amount usually  work for you? I've heard you can go into a stall if you don't get enough cals in, I see you are working on the last few pounds to goal... Can you come paint at my house next, I need my fence shalaked (sp?) and just never seem to get around to it, probably because it surrounds about 1/3 of an acre of yard and its so large it is daunting to contemplate... Keep up the good work  Alesia

I ususally have more calories but.... I don't know what happened It's been such a long time since I have been able to do anything physical, being able to get outdoors and do some painting was just wonderful, it felt good. Also getting some of that done allows my husband some more free time to spend with me. Sher
