Hello! Here is a link with some PB recipes.  The caloric value, etc. will depend on what ingredients she uses and what type she is making.  I'm afraid she'll have to make a recipe and do some math to figure out the points. I hope this helps!

I have two sides to my brain - a right side and a left side.  The trouble is sometimes there is nothing left in the right side and nothing right in the left side.

http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/amos/action,replies/board_ id,4856/topic_id,3056825/cat_id,4456/a,messageboard/ I'm so sorry!  I drove 8 hours home yesterday with three children after a very crammed few days of many activities and excietment (my sister had her first baby!)   Yes, I am using all of that as an excuse for leaving out the link -- and I think it's a GOOD one!  LOL  Here it is!
