Do I have my dates mixed up, I think I listed both yesterday and today as May 5th...Sorry I did not reply to anyone about Friday's food, was exhausted when we finally got home from Harley and fell asleep on the back porch right after dinner, then just moved to the bedroom to finish off the night...Looked at yesterdays posts before logging in this morning, everyone seems to be doing very well, is this like summer is coming and I have to get ready to wear my swimsuit or what (LOL)...Anyway just want to send out a Here's Saturday: B - 10 oz choc/banana/coffee protein frappachino L - medium banana with 2 tbsp of peanut butter with added fiber       2 bites of pork NC pork bbq S - 2 protein balls D - 1 cup white chicken chili PLUS - 96 oz water/crystal light

I'm 6 years out so I can probably eat more than some do.   Breakfast: small amount of scrambled eggs with cheese melted in                     1 piece of bacon Lunch: Pork from a pulled pork sandwich, pickle. Snack: cheese stick, little can of V8. Dinner: 1/2 Cheeseburger at restaurant - no bun. Couple fries. Snack: couple pieces of cheese on a cracker. 100 ounces of water, and about 5 cups of coffee.

Hi Myrtle, Welcome to our posting....Congratulations on coming so far and still staying with a regular food plan, too many I've  met are over 2 years out just let it go all to h^%% and start gaining back most of the lost pounds...You are doing what I want to keep doing working the program - for me this means posting, reading posts and being aware that I need to keep working my butt off to keep every pound lost in the past forever - I just don't want to find them again... Amount of food seems good to me, do you still track amount of intake thru fitday, sparkpeople or something similar?  Alesia

Hi Shannon, Thanks for posting with me on the accountability posting, please check in whenever you want...Couple of observations, just in case you did not know,  coffee is dehydrating so drink 2 - 8 oz glasses to make up for 8 oz cup of full caffeine coffee or choose decaf...Also, beans are not a complete protein on their own, so put a little of some other kind of protein with them to round them out (ie add a slice of bacon or a little ground sausage in with the beans when cooking)...Did you make the crab stuffed chicken yourself or buy it pre-made? sounds good See ya soon,  Alesia

I am so proud of myself. I am on my third day in a row without having a snack after dinner. At night is my hardest time. I don't have a problem with snacking after breakfast or lunch so why would dinner be any worse? I'm telling you its all in my head.  Yesterday: B-nuts L-baked fish and veggies, 5 prunes S-smoothie D-3/4 bbq sandwich, and 1/2c slaw S-NOTHING!! 80 oz water, 8 oz skim milk Candy

Take a bow Candy...I'm proud of you too, I find being home to be a big snacking challenge - I can work all day and stay of program and then go home and snack to much while making dinner and then don't want to eat...Great job, keep u the good work !!! Alesia

Yes, I posted twice with two number dates for the same day - obviously needed a little jump start to get focused... Alesia
