Accountability - What did you eat, Friday 4/5?
I'm on the road and running already today...Its our Harley Group openhouse and I'm working the demo rides and selling raffle tickets for our yearly bike raffle...
B - 2 protein balls
S - 1 oz mixed cashews & macadamias
L - 1 cup of chili from Wendy's
side caesar, no croutons, also from Wendy's
S - 1 protein ball
D - Tried a new italien place, so a little of this and that:
1/2 c antipasta salad with italian
3 mushrooms topped with lump crab and melted mozz
3 calamari rings with marinara
1 1/2 oz veal topped with ham, cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms and garlic chunks, YUMMY
2 spoons of the artichoke and spinach dip, no breads with it
1 meat ravioli with a little meat sauce on top
PLUS - 70 oz water/crystal light and 10 oz hot tea with vanilla caramel creamer

Fat - 77
Carbs - 60
Protein - 64
Not enough protein today and the fat was more than 1/2 of the pie on Fitday , but managed to pretty much avoid the simple carbs and no sugar, so I can live with the day...On to better choices today

here is what i had yesterday....
B-1 c. kashi autumn wheat cereal 1 c. skim milk
S- 1 oh yeah cho. mint protein bar
L- 1 c. homemade split pea with ham soup 1/4 c. tuna fish 1 slice lite wheat bread 1 T. kraft light mayo
S- 1 slice s.f cheesecake
D- 3 oz chicken breast w/ shake & bake 1/3 c. homemade mashed potatoes 1/3 mixed veggies
S- 1 slice s.f.cheesecake.... its gone now......
handfull nacho cheese chips... bad bad...
72 oz water/coffee/tea i was lazy and didnt do my treadmill ...

Friday was a quiet day - just caught up on movies and shows I had recorded and loved the kitties!
B - 1 packet ls peaches and cream oatmeal w/2 T ground flaxseed, 1/2 c ff milk, banana
S - 8 oz nsa strawberry yogurt, AchievONE
L - apple w/2 T pb, sf rice pudding cup, 3 oz salad w/lf Ceasar dressing, sf Jell-O cup, 5 sf Werthers
S - 1/4 cantalope, 10 cheese straws, AchievONE
D - 3 oz salad w/3 oz shrimp and lf Ceasar dressing, sf Jell-O cup w/ff Reddi-Wip, sf fudgie, 1/4 cantalope
S - 1 c nsa vanilla ice cream w/1 c sliced strawberries w/ff Reddi-Wip, 1/4 c peanuts
Plus I had 64 oz water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 12 oz cf Diet Coke, 12 oz diet Ocean Spray cranberry juice, 10 oz sf hot cocoa w/ff Reddi-Wip and I treaded for 30 minutes and did light weights for 30 minutes.

D-3/4 boneless skinless chicken breast fried left over from yesterday
S- small piece of the pinto bean pie, but it made me sick and i threw it up... I threw out the whole pie cause i dont want that to happen again.

ok i am going to try real hard to stop drinking so many latte's, its hard on my ulcer and my bladder,so i have to cut back. wish mw luck..
