Accountability - What did you eat, Thursday 05/03?
Bummer - I kept track of my foods, but not my totals yesterday, so here's a brief run-down of the damage:
Black Coffee
4 oz. LF cottage cheese
4 grape tomatoes
NO SNACK!
L - 3 oz. strip steak
1 C. broccoli florets, steamed
NO SNACK!!!!!!
D - Mexican Restaurant
TOO MANY CHIPS - not enough salsa!
1/2 (children's size) mini burrito (skirt steak inside)
3-4 bites of rice and beans
1 Crown Royal w/ diet coke - special occasion!
80 oz. water

You had a good day. Mine was - not so good....
12 oz non-fat starbuck white chocolate mocha
1 egg scrambled with cheese, sausage, and hot sauce
1 cream cheese bar (yes, very bad-but yummy)
almonds, cashews for snacking
2 peanut butter girls scout cookies
2 slices of pepper jack cheese
1 small bag of peanut m&m's (does this count as protein?
)
I was very bad yesterday
- but today is good.

I've gotten addicted to celery with a slice of lean turkey or ham wrapped around it..... and I don't even really like celery!! But it's got that 'crunch' that I need and the protein to boost, so it's always a good snack choice for me - quick and easy, or great at lunch with a piece of fruit or some nuts.
Thursday was my baby's 22nd birthday - where did the time go?!?
B - multigrain Thomas light English muffin w/Smart Balance and sf apricot jam, banana
S - 1 pack pb on wh crackers, AchievONE
L - apple w/2 T pb, 3 sf pecan cookies, sf Jell-O cup, 5 sf Werthers
S - 1 c grapes, 1 oz Swiss cheese, AchievONE
D - 1/3 thin crust Greek pizza, sf Jell-O cup w/ff Reddi-Wip, sf fudgie
S - 1 c nsa ice cream w/1/6 slice of sf angel food cake and 1 c sliced strawberries w/ff Reddi-Wip, sf fudgie (to finish the uneven amount in the box
)
Plus I had 64 oz water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 16 oz green tea, 12 oz cf Diet Coke, 10 oz sf hot cocoa w/ff Reddi-Wip and I treaded for 60 minutes.
