thank you. i am trying my best to eat good. i promised my self i wont weigh myself every day so it has been since monday i am trying for a week. i am very obsessed with the scale i mean morning and night . so i told myself i need to stop. you know what this aug 28th will be 4 years... wow....i will post my food tommorow.... anita

Good food day Sher,
Its amazing how much you can consume in a day with relatively low cal count if you just are careful of the choices made...I know from tracking that going a little overboard on the snacking even the sf stuff can really add up to some unneeded cals, so reporting in the numbers also helps keep me on a better track...

What a hectic day Tuesday was! I went to Greenville w/my neighbor. We went to Garden Ridge, lunch at Applebees, then to Marshalls, World Market and her daughter's Office Max store. I left home at 10 am and didn't get back til 3:30. A fun day, though!!
B - 1/2 c Grape Nuts w/2 T ground flaxseed, banana, 1 c ff milk
S - 1 pack Lance pb on wh crackers, AchievONE
L - 1/2 size Oriental chicken salad at Applebees
S - AchievONE, 3 sf pecan cookies, 5 sf Werthers
D - Lean Cuisine macaroni and cheese, salad w/lf TI dressing, sf Jell-O cup w/ff Reddi-Wip, sf fudgie, 1 sf pecan cookie
S - 3 oz lf Pringles potato chips
Plus I had 32 oz water
, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 12 oz tea, 12 oz cf Diet Coke, 12 oz sf hot cocoa w/ff Reddi-Wip and I treaded for 30 minutes before shopping and walking my butt off at Garden Ridge!! LOL
