Hey Kerri, I do insurance and I wish I could say there was a slow down, so far NOT... AWESOME for hitting that new all time low, 170 here we come!!! Hi Sheila, Let me ask you something? - It does not look like you ate too much compared to my usual day, as a matter of fact I would say you have a really GREAT food day, but my question has to do with your fear of weight gain...Did you weight yesterday? How about today? Did your weight change, I'll bet it did not... Anyway, keep up the good work and work on getting past the image issues - you surpassed both your doctor and personal goals - you are doing great, don't let your mind play tricks on you... Alesia
