Accountability - What did you eat, Sunday 4/29?

I swear sometimes I hate Sundays.  It seems to be the one day I always eat bad.  I was doing so good last week too.  I got back down to my lowest weight of 173...but then I ate like crap yesterday and I'm back to 175...However, that is still 2 pounds down from last monday so I guess last week was a success overall.  I'm going on vacation in a week in and a half and I want desperately to get down to 170.  We shall see.. Anyways...here was my day yesterday. B: weight control oatmeal S: 24oz sugar free vanilla coffee light frapuccino L: ate the toppings off of  3 pieces of pizza (i felt pretty bad afterwards too...what was I thinking..) D: it was kinda like a cinnamon roll with icing...I paid dearly for this too since I was up from 3am until 5am this morning running to the restroom...never again will I eat that... Anyways..I know it doesn't seem like a lot of food..but it was just really bad food..I don't even know how to attempt to track the calories since I really don't know how much cheese and toppings were on the pizza..I'll just call it a lost day and go from there. Kerri, Weekends continue to be my downfall...Personally, don't think I'm trying hard enough to follow a good food schedule and honestly since it has not really affected my weigh-ins I'm not really trying to either... bad attitude I know, said it before, definately have got to work on this, weekends are just hard... Congrats on the overall successful week, think about working some kind of exercise plan into the vacation so that you can keep on the positive side...  Alesia

Hi Sher, Looks like you did indeed have a good food day on Sunday...Congratulations on 30 years of successful marriage, a great accomplishment in this day and age...Lobster sounds yummy, haven't had it in a long while, I wouldn't worry too much about the extra butter a splurge once is a while is okay as long as its not a daily thing that can develop into a returned bad habit...  Alesia

Hi Sheila, Good job keep the protein up today...When you do your lattes, do you go for decaf?  Caffeine is dehydrating, so if you are having full leaded coffee you might want to up your water intake some more...I saw your post about mental image - how we see ourselves vs. how others see us is such a struggle for many of us to overcome, I agree that it is important to keep up your food intake no matter what image you see in the mirror, you need food to survive - that is one reason I am proud of how I'm seeing you working on improving the amount of protein you get, I know you are struggling but want you to know, I have noticed your are putting forth your best effort and are getting in more protein now than you did when you first started posting with us - keep up the good job, next you might look at ways to add in some healthy complex carbs like those found in fresh fruits and veggies...
