Accountability - What did you eat, Sunday 4/29?
I swear sometimes I hate Sundays. It seems to be the one day I always eat bad. I was doing so good last week too. I got back down to my lowest weight of 173...but then I ate like crap yesterday and I'm back to 175...However, that is still 2 pounds down from last monday so I guess last week was a success overall. I'm going on vacation in a week in and a half and I want desperately to get down to 170. We shall see.. Anyways...here was my day yesterday. B: weight control oatmeal S: 24oz sugar free vanilla coffee light frapuccino L: ate the toppings off of 3 pieces of pizza (i felt pretty bad afterwards too...what was I thinking..) D: it was kinda like a cinnamon roll with icing...I paid dearly for this too since I was up from 3am until 5am this morning running to the restroom...never again will I eat that... Anyways..I know it doesn't seem like a lot of food..but it was just really bad food..I don't even know how to attempt to track the calories since I really don't know how much cheese and toppings were on the pizza..I'll just call it a lost day and go from there.
