Sheila, I'm so sorry to hear about the ulcer, but I am happy they have found a fixable reason for why it has been aching so much...Once this is better I'm sure you will find it is easier to keep food down without feeling so bad and you will probably want to eat a little more, so that is great news because it will help you to work on your maintenance plan...  Alesia

Candy, You hit that breakfast remark right on the head, the same happens to me, that is one reason why I usually only have a protein drink or a couple of protein balls as my breakfast...  Alesia

Connie, Thanks for the pat on the back, feels good when I manage to conquer a food craving, so I am please with myself...The real challenge is coming on Tuesday, I have set that day as the one to begin my pre-surgery food program which will eliminate simple carbs and sugars completely from my diet until after the plastics - I know this is going to be hard, it been a while since that faze of my weightloss program and I know the body is used to having these now...To add insult to injury, I expect to start "aunt flo" around the same time...This is sure to equal some *****atude for the upcoming week - I've already pre-warned my husband, children and co-workers for their person safety Alesia
