TGIF!  Actually, being home all the time, every day is like TGIF!    Stacy is coming home this afternoon so we can take Buttercup to the vet tomorrow and then, wish us luck, we'll be letting her into the whole house.  Let the war begin (with my 3 cats!!).  Yikes!!!  Fun Saturday!!  LOL  Then hubby gets back from Germany (mixture of emotions - ).  LOL B - 1 multigrain light English muffin w/2 T sf blackberry jam, banana S - peach nsa yogurt, AchievONE L - apple w/2 T pb, sf rice pudding cup, sf Jell-O cup, 5 sf Werthers, sf fudgie S - 1 c grapes, 3/4 lf cheese, Protein Delite () D - 1/2 chicken cordon bleau, 3 oz salad w/lf TI dressing, sf Jell-O cup w/ff Reddi-Wip, sf fudgie S - 2 c sf lf ice cream w/1/4 c cashews and ff Reddi-Wip Plus I had 64 oz of water, 16 oz 1/2 decaf coffee, 14 oz green tea, 16 oz sf hot cocoa w/ff Reddi-Wip, 12 oz cf Diet Coke and I walked for 60 minutes on the tread.

Don't like the Protein Delight, eh...Have to admit this is one of the ones I do like...I tried them in the travel type- protein to go packaging then started buying it at my local golds gym to refill my convienent travel bottles, I like the chocolate coconut and white chocolate strawberry the best, yogart and banana as an occasional alternative...Add a little extra water and 2 packets of splenda, shake it up really good (this takes a minute) then throw it in the freezer for about 15 minutes so it gets really cold and kind of slushie and I really like how it turns out... Always hard to resync when the husband comes home, been through that many times over the past 20 years married to a military man... As for the new addition (buttercup)...I can only say - TAKE COVER !!!

Hi, raining here today in SE CT.

Made lasagna and grocery shopped.

mocha cappuchino protien powder one scoop 1 cup 1% milk S. beach high protien bar (peanut butter) yum 2 x 2" square of lasgna (1) 1/2" slice french bread 1 tsp margarine 6 prune bites 1/2 c lf cottage cheese 48 oz water/decaf tea

OK, You are all making me jealous with the SB peanutbutter protein bars, cannot seem to get them here, don't know if everyone is sold out or what...I have heard several rave reviews and been wanting to try them...One day...
