Hi Everybody

Just wanted to drop a quick note to tell everyone thank you for all the support you have given the lurkers, especially me, over the past year.  I am offically a WLS grad as of March 14, 2007.  I have loss 144 lbs. in 13 months and am almost at goal.  Life is good.

Thanks Alesia.  I look forward to reading the accountability reports daily.  I will probably start posting on them too.  I think it really works when you write down what you eat.  It makes you want to do better.  Keep up the good work.

Hiye Tess,   I'm new on the board.  I'm 19 months out... or something like that.  It's been an incredible journey and one I'd do over and over if I had to.  (hopefully I won't!  LOL)  I'm new to this board also, but am finding it very helpful.   Congrats on the amazing WL!  You've done marvelous!   Looking forward to getting to know you better!

Hi Kimberly: Thanks for the welcome.  I see you are from Madison, MS.  I am just a little north of you in Senatobia.  I have been reading everybody posts on the Mississippi boards as well.  I have two really good friends that both live in Madison and my daughter goes to USM in Hattiesburg.  Thanks again for the post.
