S: salad with tortilla strips, tomatoes, black olives and salsa ranch dressing
D: 1 C. Tortilla casserole
S: SP pudding with cool whip
30 minutes exercise-stability ball and WATP

B - 2 Veggie Bite Scrambles
1 Veggie Chicken patty
S - 1/2/AdvantEdge Cinnamon Bun Protein Bar () Gross - but they were pricey, so now I have to eat them!
L - 2 C. Mixed Green Salad
1 1/2 T. Salad Dressing
2 small chicken planks (cut-up on salad)
S - Other 1/2 of that AdvantEdge Bar (they are almost gone!)
D - 1/2 Italian sandwich from Quiznos
Dill pickle slices
About 78 oz. of water - but no exercise , other than walking the dog 1/2 mile.

Lord I hate bad protein choices... You sound like me on the have to eat them thing...I used to have this philsophy about bad wine, figured I had to finish the bottle so I would think of ways to doctor it up like adding coke or gingerale or something, just refused to throw away something I paid good money for...I'm doing better letting the bad stuff go and now when I find a protein that just isn't all its cracked up to be I donate it to my support group so newbies can try it out, after all we all have different tastes and someone out there is bound to like it even when I don't...

You're like me you do not count the liquids in protein drinks in your daily fluid intake... Sometimes think decaf lattes and milk drinks should be counted as liquids, but in the end feel safer if I get at least 60-70 oz of water/crystal light - had 2 kidney stone attacks about 6 & 8 months post-op and would prefer not to repeat...Just noticed we are close in surg dates (I think) I'm June 7th 2005...
