Hi Kerri, Thanks for the congrats, I was so excited I almost got decaf coffee instead of my usual 1/2 caf `cause I was already flying on a natural high...Surgery will be June 13th, it was an unexpected windfall, but I'm not looking that gift horse in the mouth...

I agree you really did have an awesome food day, that is a natural high all its own too, keep up the good work, next mini goal is well within reach

Well June 13th will be here before you know it!  Which surgery are you having?  I know I need a tummy tuck, a lower body lift, maybe an inner thigh lift, and probably a breast lift.  I wanted my arms done too but I guess they don't bother me as much as they used to and I wasn't thrilled about having a long scar from my elbow to my armpit.  Anyways, I can feel your excitement.  That will be so great once you do get it done!!   Kerri

Kerri, Will have a breast lift and augmentation (BL/BA for short), I was lucky to have suffered from an incisional hernia last year and my repair surgeon applied for my insurance to cover a panni removal since he was going to be in there anyway, they agreed so I got the flat (well sort of) tummy/abdomin last year and now I get to get the top reset...The butt still looks like a mirror image of a sharpei but overall I'm definately NOT complaining...

Hello everyone, My very first time to reply to anyone on site. I came here to kick start myself a little. I had my RNY in 2001 and slowed down at 195lbs and then have scared myself by gaining to 210. Reading your daily accountability postings has been very encouraging to me as have been several of the other postings on the WLS graduates forum. I don't feel like the lone ranger ....I  need to get back to the basics and take care of business . Thank you all for being out there.

Rainee, Glad to hear from you and also glad to hear our daily postings are giving you support...We are all human and take the good with the bad...As I have said many times before it really helps me to post my food to someone/anyone else...Please feel free to put in your daily food when/and if you are ready...Every pound lost and not refound is a blessing, you deserve congratulations for that, and each on lost forever helps you add one day more to your health and perhaps your lifetime...I know there are lots of great suggestions in the grads posts for how to get back and stay on track, the trick is to pull what you need from each of us and build a formula that works for you...Let us know how you are doing and if you want more "help" we'll give all we can...
