Hey everyone.......it's been a while since I've posted, but I'm still here.  Today is my 2nd year anniversary! I can't say it's been easy, but I would not change a single day.  Well, maybe a day or two when I learned about the "foamies", or the day I stuffed my self too full of protein bars and thought I was going to die from the pain of over eating.  But those were all self induced "bad days" and bad habits we all must learn to control, or we will never learn to succeed, right? Anywho, give me a big shout out........I've really been looking forward to this day! Wendy

My biggest challenge is not looking in the mirror and still seeing a fat person!  LOL  I live in FEAR of gaining the weight back!  I've gained about 8 pounds from my lowest (123).  I really didn't look good at that weight, but boy do I have some cute clothes that fit me last summer.  LOL  Now they are a little tight in the hop area.  :-(   I feel that everyone is waiting for me to fail.    I guess we are never truly comfortable with outselves.  *shrugging shoulders* But I'm working REAL hard at getting over this!  LOL   Again, congrats on your continued success!
HUGS!!

Thank you Tracy.  I have been so excited about this anniversary!  It feels like such a mile stone to me.  The first year was so stressful, with so many unanswered questions like, will I succeed, will I be the only one in the history of RNY's to never loose weight, or will I never be able to eat any of my favorite foods (not knowing I really wouldn't miss them).  It has been a life changing choice that I would make again in a split second!!
