Accountability - What did you eat, Tuesday 4/24?
Here goes for Tuesday:
B - 1 1/4 c Rice Chex w/2 T ground flaxseed, 1 c ff milk, banana
S - nsa peach yogurt, AchievONE
L - apple w/2 T pb, sf rice pudding cup, sf Jell-O cup, 5 sf Werthers
S - 1 c grapes, 1/4 c cashews, AchievONE
D - 5 oz salad w/1 oz lf shredded cheese, sf Jell-O cup w/ff Reddi-Wip, sf fudgie, 1 c sliced strawberries
S - 3 oz lf Pringles, 3/4 oz lf cheese
Plus I had 64 oz water, 16 oz 1/2 decaf coffee, 16 oz green tea, 12 oz cf Diet Coke, 16 oz sf hot cocoa w/ff Reddi-Wip and I walked on the tread for 60 minutes. Plus I loved Buttercup several times and brushed her and cleaned her eyes . Aren't I a good grandma?!?

They are very similar to a brownie but much lighter texture. You can't taste the beans. I really like them, of course the real ones would taste better but for me this is a nutritious substitute I don't feel bad about indulging in. I got my recipe at Spark people web site.
