Accountability - What did you eat, Tuesday 4/24?

Yesterday was my gym day, did water aerobics and felt wonderful afterwards - the hour just flew by...Wednesday is going to be a day that will take some pre-planning (not my strong suit and I need to work on that) because the I KNOW its going to be hectic and need to be prepared (pre-planned) to combat making spontaneous eating errors (say that 10 times fast  )...Working on my plan now so I can pack food for the day... As for Tuesday: B - 20 oz 1/2 caf sf/ff cinnamon dulce latte       1 chocolate chip cookie with a dab of peanut butter S - banana with peanut butter and added fiber L - 1 1/2 oz bacon wrapped filet mignon       5 stuffed cherry tomatoes ( w/ cream cheese bacon & onions )       1/2 cup green bean cassarole        1 sf creme saver S - 1 oz mixed nuts, honey roasted      D - 2 protein balls       1 slice multigrain toast with 1 oz mozz melted on top S - 2 sf wafer cookies with a spoonful of peanut butter PLUS - 82.5 oz water/crystal light Have a great day

ok here goes. B-2 venti sf french vanilla nonfat latte's S-banana small L- weigh****chers lemon cream pie yogurt S- small bag of cashews D-6 tiny beef tips, 6 small round tortia chips with melted cheddar. S-snack size microwave butter lovers popcorn S- 7 animal crackers 80 oz of water

Sheekalala, You had another really great food day, congratulations, good job on staying on track...I know if you keep this up your doctor will be pleased, do you think this is working OK towards getting you onto a maintenance routine?  Let us know if you've leveled off...

Banner day for me yesterday!  Whew hew!  B - Venti NF/SF Cinnamon Dolce Latte (no whip ) S - Advantage Morning Cinnamon Bun Breakfast Bar ()  GROSS! L - Mixed green salad with 1 1/2 T. dressing      1 oz sliced deli ham      1 oz. sliced deli turkey D - 3 Chicken Tenders      1 T. coleslaw      About 8 French Fries (frozen/baked) S - NSA Ice Cream Pinwheel About 120 oz. of water throughout the day.  Needless to say, I was up often during the night!!!  Need to stop the water intake around 8:00 p.m. from now on!

Well didn't even come close to my 10,000 steps yesterday.  It was rainy and snowy all day yesterday so walking outside was out and with the weather so awful, I didn't want to attempt the drive to the gym.  To make matters worse, I had the horrible munchies after I left work.  Overall, I didn't think I did horrible, but it could have been better... B: 20oz sugar free vanilla nonfat latte S: South beach diet breakfast bar L: taco meatloaf  -ground beef, corn, kidney beans, veggies, cheese, and salsa S: salad with lettuce, tomato, onion, blue cheese, croutons, dried cranberries, and a few sprays italian dressing S: 2 slices american cheese S: 2 pieces of gum...I was trying really hard not to snack.. S: 20oz sugar free vanilla nonfat latte D: mini calzone with pizza sauce, mozz cheese, pepperoni, sausage, onion, mushrooms (I didn't burn it this time, but that stupid new oven toaster does not work well for calzones, it was crunchy on the top, still cold on the inside, and the dough wasn't cooked on the bottom..back to the regular oven for them) S: some strawberries and a slice of fat free angel food cake So as you can see...I went overboard on the snacking ...Hopefully better today. Kerri, Maybe one or two too many snacks BUT it still looks like a really great food day ...As for the steps, you know I told you I started my pedometer for a thing with work, anyway, haven't made it close to 10,000 a single day yet (hey do they make these things waterproof so I can count all the steps, bounces and jumps in my water aerobics class

About a month ago, I got it in my head that I could do 15,000 steps a day.  I lasted one week and my god my legs hurt!  I scaled it back down to 10,000.  I have to usually walk an extra hour and a half every day just to get that.  My pedometer won't let you cheat either.  For some reason it knows if you are just marching in place and won't count those steps.  As for my eating yesterday...I braved fitday with that menu and holy crap, I ate 1900 calories.  Monday I only ate 1190.  I am doing awesome so far today so I guess one bad day of eating isn't too horrible.  It's just amazing how quick the calories can add up. *sigh* Kerri
