Accountability - What did you eat, Monday 4/23?

Hi Sher, I almost never fail to be amazed when I track my food and see how much I eat and really how few cals it adds up to when the food consists of healthy choices...You had what I would consider a great food day, with a good amount to eat and yet cals/carbs/fat/protein all good #'s...The one thing that would still do me in (even today) is at maintenance if I see under 1000 cals for the day I know I'm going to "splurge" and add in a goodie like sf chocolate or sf cookies or sometimes a little piece of real chocolate, not exactly logical, I could be beefing up those cal #'s with more protein, but honestly I usually don't make that choice

Alesia, thanks for your input. I don't have good will power when it comes to goodies so I usually don't keep them in  my house, but  I have few recipes for healthy snacks that taste good and have protien and fiber in them that I indulge in. Sher
