LOL - since hubby's in Germany for a week, good thing I had cleaning to do!    Actually, watching Buttercup is VERY entertaining!  She is SO cute - she has her little pink tongue sticking out most of the time and it's hysterical!

Well I lost half a pound.  I'm happy with that!  Did about an hour last night on the treadmill.  Got just around 11,000 steps for the day and I did pretty good with the eating yesterday too.. B: 20oz sugar free vanilla nonfat latte S: South Beach Diet breakfast bar L: 3oz lemon chicken and half cup mashed potatoes S: salad with lettuce, tomato, onion, blue cheese, dried cranberries, croutons,  couple sprays of wishbone italian salad spritzers.. D: well made a bbq personal calzone that had  bbq sauce, cheddar cheese, corn, chicken, and onion, but I burnt the darn thing so I only ate the non burnt parts which didn't amount to much (my house still smells like burnt food) S: couple bites of fat free angel food cake

Sounds like a great day ...Know about that burnt food smell, made (or should I say tried to make) Rochester poop bread over the weekend, usually put them in mini loaf pans and this time I wanted to try a large single loaf for slicing and making toast - the loaf pan I used was to shallow and it flowed out all over the place in my oven - first burnt bread smell, then that night I turned on the self clean mode in my oven ( if you've never had the pleasure of this, let me tell you the smell is almost as wonderful as burning hair)...

This question about the POOP bread seems to keep coming back - kind of like the smell of the gas I sometimes get from eating it   It is a great higher fiber bread that helps keep you regular, very tasty to me, it reminds me of gingerbread...

I've not been eatting well for 3 days…not bad food just at least once a day something getting stuck, I get the foamies and throw up…..but all that aside today I have had

For breakfast I fixed 1 scrambled egg with 1.5oz of diced ham. I ate 1/2 of that

Snack I had 3 slices of cheese and a couple all bran crackers

Lunch I tried eating a piece of pork loin and cubin rice. I only ate a couple bites of pork loin and a couple bites of rice, started getting sick and stopped. Just now I ate a pinch off of a Chocolate chip cookie.

Around 1:30 or 2 I'll try a south beach bar and cup of coffee.

I'm thinking Chili with cheese for dinner. Or a bean and cheese quasadilla?

Maybe tomorrow will be better :-)

Hugs, Lisa
