Afternoon grazing

I am looking for any suggestions about what to do about afternoon grazing at work.  Once I finish eating lunch, I start thinking obsessing about food.  Some days I start grazing a half hour after lunch and I eat the rest of the afternoon. I am two and a half years out and I have recently gained 8 pounds.  I feel like I am going to fail again.  I have lost 100 pounds, but I still have 40 to go.  (Actually now it's 48 pounds to go). I won the battle with grazing at work (still grazing like mad at home but that is another conversation...).  Here is how I did it - I do not carry cash and I bring with me only enough food to consume during my shift.  No coins for the vending maching to tempt me and no money for coffee shop, 7-11, etc.  And I chew lots of s/f gum throughout to give my mouth something to do.  Good luck!  I only wish I could be as disciplined at home as I am at work.

Jesus is so good to me;  I couldn't ask for a better friend, protector, leader, savior!

This happens to me about 3 afternoons out of the week because we're kinda slow around work right now.  The only thing that helps is to not have any extra food on hand to munch on.  I do try to bring some fruit to eat and that sometimes helps.  Sometimes I just have to fight through the cravings.  Yesterday I had the most horrible food cravings all day long..  I tried to just occupy my mind with something else and luckily I didn't give in.  Good luck to you.. That's how our disease works, sadly.  Most of us have the afertnoon eaties.  I use protein drinks, protein foods, and water to keep myself to my total of 4 feedings a day.  So, once I have the mid-day feed, I get no solid food til dinner.  I can have as many protein shakes (made with water) or as much water as I want. Some days I have to white knuckle it
