Accountability - What did you eat, Thursday 4/19?
I had 1 snack size lowfat cottage cheese and no sugar added peaches. later i had 1 string cheese. then later i had weigh****chers yogurt and 1 string cheese. tonight i had the topping only, off of 2 slices of little ceasars pepperoni pizza. thenI ate about 5 or 6 round corn chips with hot sauce. thats all. did I do bad?? I also worked all day on my feet with no breaks and ran around didnt get home until 9:30 pm. I also had 2 20 oz sf vanilla latte's and about 50 oz of water.

L- 4 oz. LF cottage cheese

D-went to dinner w/ hubby, had indian. Can't really give a measurement, was meats of this, meats w/sauce of that with about 2 tbs rice. 1/4 piece of garlic naan.
Eve: protein shake
Took all my vitamins and did about 50 oz of water.
I was bad and didn't make it to the gym this week. Hubby was away on business, my mother was here visiting with me. So kept her company all evening. Not a good excuse but the one Im using! LOL
I walked today at lunch time for about a 1/2 hour. Did that yesterday and today with the weather being nicer. Plan on taking advantage of the nice weekend they are calling for. Think we're going bike riding!

Enjoy your bike ride - we are supposed to have great weather here in eastern NC, so I plan to ride my bike too, unfortunately don't think it will count for much "exercise" since my bike is a Harley...Hope you had a nice visit with mom, just get back to your regular routine soon...
