Well hello and top of the morning to you all Its FRIDAY, woowhoo!!!  I'm going to ask you all to post with a little extra info today, what do you do for exercise...I do water aerobics 3 times a week for an hour religiously warm or cold...When its nice my dogs & I both benefit cause I add in walks for them...Now I'm looking at whether to add weights to my program ( we do a little weights with the aerobics class) and also last year when I was on my cruise I did a walk/jog program on the ship track where I did one lap of fast walk then one of jog and back and forth until I did a mile which was 10 laps, kinda liked it and thought it might be a good thing to add into my program...Just wondering what, if anything, that others are doing - of course a couple of you already post exercise routine, so thanks in advance to you B - 20 oz 1/2 caf cinnamon dulce latte S - slice banana bread with 2 tbsp peanut butter and added fiber L - 1/4 sicilian sandwich (part of the leftovers from last nights dinner)       1/4 cup glazed carrots       1/2 nsa strawberry turnover S - piece of chocolate      3 sf peanut butter wafer cookies D - 10 oz chocolate/banana/coffee protein frappachino S - 1/2 oz smoked almonds       3 sf lemon cookies Have an awesome weekend, see ya in the morning

Thanks for joining us Shane The main reason I started this post is because I do better when I am accounting to someone else...the fact that others read and want to join in keeps me writing it all down and being honest about what I eat, I may be a little weird but it works for me...I know alot of posties who do not do exercise and never have, even long term posties who have never regained...Think it is curious, for me overall I find the exercise makes me feel better (that endorfin thing?) but sometimes it hard to fit it into my day, or some days its hard to be motivated to do it... Keep coming back...

Well did much better yesterday than the day before.  I've been feeling rotten though since last night so the exercise is probably gonna be my head hitting the pillow early tonight.  Normally, my exercise consists of trying to get at least 10,000 steps in a day.  A normal day at work is usually only 2000 steps and so I usually end up at the gym or outside for a walk at the end of the day.  I broke down and bought an Ipod shuffle.  Working out got so much better after I got that.  Anyways..here's what I ate yesterday.. B: 20oz sugar free vanilla nonfat latte L:  3/4 of basil pesto chicken wrap --chicken, pesto, tomato, onion, provolone on whole wheat tortilla S: salad - lettuce, tomato, blue cheese, croutons, dried cranberries, couple sprays italian dressing S: cup of strawberries with splenda D: 3oz lemon chicken, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, small salad S: 1/4 cup sf ice cream

Great food day Kerri Do you track you daily steps with a pedometer?  I work for State Farm insurance and they are sponsor ing a doctor in a nationwide challenge to lose 50 million lbs, to support this local agents are giving out a free workbook, motivational dvd and pedometer to anyone who comes in to request it - that includes NON State Farm customers so if you don't already have one, you should go by an agents office to pick up the pack and get your pedometer...The girls in my office decided we were going to put ours on too and see how many steps we really make in a day just zipping around in our office...

Hey Kristi Is the s'mores cappachino a protein additive or just a flavor you get somewhere, sounds yummy, does it really taste like a s'more? I remember my surgeon telling me pre-surgery that you could out eat your surgery with snacking, his specific example was M & M (they are small and a few have only a little sugar, so you can eat a few and then a few more and then a few more - you get the picture - until suddenly you ate the whole bag in one day...I am especially mindful of those words now, because I do have those little devils of real chocolate in my home (got teen boys and DH, hard not to), thank fully I have been able to limit myself, as you are, to a few - I guess I'm trying to say, you are not alone with the Kissables...

Wow Candy, that chili sounds GREAT, I'm going to give it a whirl...I've been putting salsa in my chili for a few years now, but never thought of adding one of the exotic varieties for a different flavor, plus this recipe sounds like it makes a pretty manageable amount ( usually make a giant crockpot full and end of freezing for later) thanks for the idea
