Trust me, it was only easy because of extinuating cir****tances...I've seriously dumped on the cheetos in the past and can still remember the experience vividly, so even one is pushing it for me...As for the chips and salsa, was already really full from the quesadilla (they were served with the meal, not beforehand) so again, just ate them because they looked good and I was picking ...When I get them at my usual spot, they bring them as an appetizer while you look over the menu and wait for your food, this is BAD, as you may already know, cause then I'm filling up on this before the food comes and I don't want to eat the good stuff...

Well yesterday was a very very BAD day for me.  I had sugar cravings like no other and normally I ear fruit but nooooo not yesterday.  *sigh*  Well at least my motivation to be really good today is back.  Here's the bad day I had yesterday. B: 20oz sugar free vanilla nonfat latte S: lemon filled doughnut (this was just the beginning...) L: Tuscan chicken panini - focaccia bread with pesto, chicken, provolone, roasted red pepper, and artichokes. S: salad with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, dried cranberries, croutons, blue cheese crumbles, and wishbone italian spritzer dressing S: tall dulce de leche light frap from starbucks and a toffee almond bar (i don't know what I was thinking...) D: lemon chicken and another salad S: sugar free apple pie filling with a small scoop of light ice cream.... GEEZ...  If I hadn't had the doughtnut and that second trip to starbucks I would of only been at 1300 calories...I'm gonna have to work out extra hard tonight..  At least when I weighed this morning I was still the same as yesterday morning. Hi Kerri, You didn't slip to badly, as you yourself noted and the starbucks lattes are loaded with protein (alas also calories)...Your tuscan chicken panini sounds alot like my sicilian on ciabatta, think I'll steal it from you ( my kids love artichokes, no joke, so this ought to go over well at my house)...Bring it back on track...

Thanks for the encouragement.  I've actually done quite well today!  As for the tuscan chicken panini.  Have at it.  I actually made this at a place called Supper Solutions.  They basically have all the food chopped and laid out for you and you get to just go in and assemble everything and then take it home and freeze it until you are ready to eat it.  I love it.  Gives me lots of variety! Yesterday was pretty good.  I've dropped another pound.  I'm starting to think the weight I gained on my business trip was water, because it's falling off to easy.  Quite unusal for me at this stage!! Breakfast:  Tilapia/applesauce (a basic staple for me) Lunch: Green beans Snack: Planters bar (I need to shoot myself over this one!) Dinner: 2 Hotcakes & Sugar Free syrup Hugs! Denise
