Walking the dog is great exercise, about 5 years ago and pre-surgery I was on WW and living in CA in a neighborhood with no yard (all of CA pretty much) anyway I have 3 dogs and HAD to walk them unlike here (NC) where I've got 1/2 an acre and just let them out...The dog walks along with the WW plan resulted in loosing 35 lbs over about 4 months which was great, if I had just stayed with it I might not have needed the RNY ( hindsite is 20/20, just one of many attempts to stay with it before I finally did the WLS... Anyway, keep up the good work

I always think that too, must be post op mentality...Seriously though, looks to me like you are making great choices and the total calories is in a good range ( my nut says maintenance should be between 1200-1500 a day for someone like me who does moderate exercise - 1 hr water aerobics 3 times a week) in the end its still about calories in/calories out, if you can eat a little more and keep the calories in check, I say more power to ya chickie - go for it...Keep posting with us, you will see much variety of intake from day to day on my personal post...

Love the crack about the biscotti to make it all better - Fortunately my local starbucks has a low demand for the sf stuff ( think I may be the only one who ever orders it, LOL)so they have only run out once, I am thankful, because as you know that drink is addictive...
