Accountability - What did you eat, Monday 4/16?
Hello Mel,
Thanks for posting, looks like a great food day...I have recently rediscovered pancakes( didn't venture there for 1 1/2 years after surgery), how are these multi-grain ones? Pre-surgery pancakes were all about the butter and syrup, surprise to me now I like them just plain, nothing on it really tastes good to me - its funny how our taste buds change after a long withdrawl from certain foods...See ya in the posts

Don't you hate it when you've fought the munchie monster the entire day just to give in to it before bed? I was so mad at myself last night... B-Buckwheat waffle, SF syrup, Scrambled Egg S-Glass of milk L-Bean salad over couscous with FF feta Cheese, 5 prunes S-Smoothie, Popcorn D-Ham and Potato Soup from the Crock Pot with a small Corn Muffin S-slice of crustless Pumpkin Pie S-Pringles Chips and then some M&M's (Dang It!!!!) Candy
You noticed my last snack, also could have been called dinner was those SF easter chicks didn't you...You know I really ate them specifically because I haven't been getting my extra fiber (done with the poop bread, haven't had time to make more) and I wanted to eat something that might, how to put this delicately - movitate a movement - unfortunately didn't do much but give me the farts...And isn't that a sad excuse for making this choice...
