Accountability - what did you eat, Saturday 4/14?
Hello, today we are getting ton of rain in my neck of the woods...Seems like a good day to do some baking so I'm going to make banana bread, one for dh and the kids and one for me with added fiber to help things keep moving...Strawberries are out in full force and the grocery had 4 pints for $5 so I bought some and have them marinating in splenda right now, will make puff pastry crumb cups with them and probably bake some chocolate chip cookies too - a little something for everyone in the goodie department... Little feed back, thinking this post has pretty much run its course, e-mail me if you are still interested in posting and will go from there... Now on to the food : B - 2 protein balls S - 20 oz 1/2 caf sf/ff cinnamon dulce latte L - 2 oz london broil open face on multigrain toast with 1 oz havardi cheese melted on top S - 1 sf pecan turtle 2 chocolate & pb cookies D - 3 oz baked brie with raspberry sauce spred on toasted french bread slices 1 oz molassas glazed pork chop 1/4 of a loaded baked potato PLUS - 60 oz of water/crystal light

. Okay, enough poor me! The rest of the day we went to the zoo and walked and walked and walked! It was a beautiful day and we had a wonderful time w/our "baby" - she'll be 22 on the 3rd of May! After the zoo, we ate at Applebee's and then went to Starbucks and sat and talked.
B - 1 1/4 c Rice Chex w/2 T ground flaxseed, 1 c ff milk, banana
S - 2 snack packs Ritz Bitz, lg ff sf cinnamon dolce latte'
L - Power Crunch bar, salad w/1 oz cheese, sm bag of spicy chips
S - 1/4 c cashews, lg ff sf cinnamon dolce latte'
D - 1/2 Oriental Chicken Salad, sf fudgie
S - 2 oz multigrain chips w/2 oz lf shredded cheese and salsa
Plus I had 34 oz water, 20 oz coffee, 20 oz Diet Coke, 20 oz unsweetened tea and we walked our butts off at the zoo! Hugs,

...Got your message, as long as at least 1 person wants to keep posting with me, I'll keep it up, cause writing down my food helps me with my program and using a public forum to write it keeps me doing it - I've tried just tracking my food in a journal "for my sake" in the past and was not faithful about writing it all down, but when I know someone else is looking to post with me, I'll keep up ( crazy, but works like that for me)...So keep coming back...Thanks Alesia : start 249 / surgeon's goal 138 / current 142
