Accountability - What did you eat, Tuesday 4/10?
Have been using Sparkpeople to track.. It's great. I also moved my menu from yesterday to Weigh****chers Core program to see how it would count-----WHOA!!!!!! That 1300 calories that fit perfectly into my lo-carb, high protein WLS plan blew those WW points right off the chart...I think I used 3/4 of the week's points for one day. I hadn't really played with WW points since we started low carb about four years ago. It was fascinating to discover that for all those WW years I was probably eating too few calories as I gained and lost the same ten pounds.
