Dr Appt @ 11 have ?

I have a Dr appt at 11 this morning, have been really tired lately, no energy that kind of thing.  It is also time for my blood work but I cant find the letter from WLS Dr of what all Blood work need to have done.  Does anyone have the list of what we need tested? 

call your surgeon and have his office fax the list to where ever you need it. They'll be happy to do that. Koukla 338/179
