Thanks, Alesia!  I have to say, though, that if I worked outside the home, I'm not sure I'd be as religious on my exercise, you know?  I'd like to think I would be but.........   I read the maintenance post, too - and added my 2 cents .  And I agree w/you - I, too, am way too obsessed w/the # on the scale!!  My nut told me not to weigh myself more than once a week - but I just can't do it!  It's my new addiction!  LOL Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Hugs,
Connie

OK Woman, How long did you have to go on the elliptical to burn that many calories?  I was just posting to someone else about good daily food plans...You are another that seems to have a very good handle on good food planning - basic food groups, plenty of protein, not alot of over the top choices or snacking keep up the good work, I will be watching and gaining inspiration...

Thanks!  Must admit that yesterday morning was an exceptional gym day for me - an hour+ on the elliptical (to get the 498 calories burned) and some strength exercies on the ball when I got home.  Not an ordinary day for me, but I needed an extra boost to prepare for the mega-feast I participated in today! Happy Hoppy!!!   Hugs! Kristi

Hi Karen, Wanted to check in and see how the WW program was working out for you?...Do you sometimes feel it allows too much food?...I'm sorry, but I don't remember, are you doing this plan to keep up the weight loss or for maintenance?...And is it working? Hope you had a great vacation...

Not doing WW though I did many times in the past.  I haven't seen the new program but I bet the Core plan would be great for maintainence as long as you made sure you opted for as much protein as possible.

Sorry, I was thinking the #'s with the P after them where WW points, but guess I was wrong, is this protein count?
