Before you join weigh****chers why don't you use the tool you already have in place. You say you're not exercising, you're drinking with meals and not following a good plan. Start working on habits you need to change - put the glass away when the meal starts, get a good exercise program going - even if it's a short walk every day - increase it until you're really burning off some calories. This tool we have will work as long as we do the right things. Joining Weigh****chers or other group can help short term but we need to change our eating habits permanently to lose weight and maintain. Go back to protein forward meals, lots of water and incorporate some exercise into every day routines. You'll see the weight start to come off again. Measure meals if you have to for portion control, count calories or carbs or fat grams on fitday.com to see where you are. It's possible to lose to your goal and maintain but it takes work and following the post op rules. Good Luck to you.
