Local Support Groups?

Hey.... I live in the Phoenix are (Arizona) and am looking for a good support group. I am struggling with my addictions in one way or another and I need help. I find I blow all my money, drink too much and end up nibbling on junk food to the point where I've put back on 25lbs. I feel terrible. I need some help here and don't know where to go. -=db=-

Switching addictions is a very common occurance among us weightloss group.....actually the truth of the matter is it is common among any addiction..... be proud of yourself........ the hardest part is realising it is happening and admitting you need help..... i myself was having a major problem with sugar addicition and i still have to fight it daily but i refuse to regain anymore of my weight.....so everyday i have to make a choice again to work harder.  And buying those chewable calcium things that are like a treat helped me wean myself from candy.  So for starters please feel free to email me directly as i don't get on this site to often.   Second, the chandler support group is a very good group and meets the second Wednesday of the month and the fourth Thursday. Which means purrfect timing...... we could attend next Wednesday together if you like.  Not sure where you live and if this meeting would be convient for you but it could be a starting point and i promise to help you find a meeting that you feel good about attending.  Your not alone i be only as far as the phone.  Write me offlist and i will give you my number.  Together we will survive.
