Left Sided Pain

I had my gallbladder removed years before my gastric bypass.  My surgeon would have automatically removed it if I still had it at the time of surgery.  He took out my appendix for that reason as to rule out gallbladder and appendix issues as being stomach pain down the road.   I'm actually shocked at how many surgeons leave the gallbladder in after surgery because excessive weight loss is a huge factor for gallstones.  Interesting.   I'm working with a different doctor at the moment.  I wanted someone to look at me with fresh eyes.  I have an MRI on Thursday so we shall see what that shows.
