Accountability - What did you eat, Wednesday 4/4?
Good Morning Everyone,
Well I'm off on my mini vacation to see the grandparents for Easter...Will keep posting with you from Grand's computer, so look for me...It will be an interested next few days, I have never posted food while I was on vacation before, probably because, honestly, who wants to track what they eat while vacationing - but on the other hand it will be a really good way to see how far off track I really get when I'm away from home and all my WLS friendly environment...
Here's Wednesday:
B - 10 oz chocolate/banana/sf caramel protein smoothie
S - 1 oz peanuts
2 sf caramels
L - 20 oz 1/2 decaf sf/ff cinnamon dulce latte (starbucks)
S - 1/3 a mini loaf of rochester poop bread
2 prunes
1 piece chocolate ( the real stuff
)
D - 1 slice whole grain toast w/ 1 oz havardi cheese melted on top
5 prune bites
3 sf licorice jelly bellies
S - 1 protein ball
PLUS - 70 oz water/crystal light
Not a good protein day at all
, knew by afternoon that it was not going to be a good food day, just was not interested in eating at all and couldn't stay focused on needing to either, so just didn't - a really bad choice...Know today will make up for it, the body always knows when I cheat it a day and reminds me about catching up...I'm off, hope everyone has a great day, until tomorrow or maybe later today if I can check in...

B - 1/2 c Grape Nuts w/2 T ground flaxseed, 1 c blueberries, 1 c ff milk
S - nsa peach yogurt, 12 oz ff sf mocha latte', AchievONE
L - apple w/2 T pb, sf Russell Stover chocolate bunny
, sf Jell-O cup, sf pudding cup
S - banana, sf ice cream bar, AchievONE
D - 4 oz salad w/1 oz sh. lf cheese, sf Jell-O cup w/ff Reddi-Wip, sf fudgie
S - 1 c grapes and a lf mozzarella cheesestick
Plus I had 64 oz of water, 12 oz of coffee, 14 oz green tea, 12 oz cf Diet Coke and 12 oz sf hot cocoa w/ff Reddi-Wip

Hi Everyone,
Still on spring break in ashville, NC....bbbbrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!! (The DH left the windows on the second floor open at home. It was 85 when we left. The tabbycat is going to kill us!)
Wed. meals
B: 1 C. Kashi with 1 C. milk (21 P.)
S: 1 Pure Protein bar with 2 Cs. coffee (20 P.)
L: 1/2 cheeseburger (no bun), salad with tangy tomato dressing (I think there bwas big time sugar in the dressing because I erped up about half of my burger.) (not counting this for P.)
S: none; still queasy.
D: Carraba's (YUM) shrimp and scallops, 1/2 C. pasta with meat sauce. 1/2 Caesar salad (no croutons) (25 P.)
S: 4 sugar free Brownie bite Girls Scout cookies

B- pouched eggs on tapioca bread
S- tea w/ sf hazelnut cream
L- Asian salad with grilled chicken and ranch dressing
D- meatloaf, and mashed pot. no veggie (bad toni)
S- apple w/ peanut butter

I take several vitamins and supplements daily, I drink plently of water most days and I usually have a couple of cups of tea a day. Wed was kind of a low food day.
