Good Morning, Feeling pretty good this morning, got in bed early last night to watch tv and slug around, really needed the downtime to let the days stress drain out and it worked...Came in with a fresh approach to the day... B - 1/3 a loaf rochester poop bread       10 oz chocolate/coconut protein on the go S - 2 pieces sf p/b cups       4 oz lf cottage cheese       snack cup of sf jello L - cinnamon bun power crunch protein bar S - 1/3 a loaf rochester poop bread       2 prunes        D - 3 to 3 1/2 oz shake-n-bake pork chop       1/3 c homemade macaroni & cheese       1/2 c green beans S - 3 sf p/b wafer cookies       1 sf peppermint pattie       3 dark chocolate m & m's  PLUS - 74 oz water/crystal light Will have to look over this day on Fitday, think I was a little light on the protein intake, probably should have made some protein balls and had them for the evening snack, ran out Saturday and have not gotten around to making a new batch - would definately have been a better choice than all the suger free treats and satisfied the chocolate craving too, live and learn...

Well Diana, Cannot explain your strange desires to eat something call poop bread (LOL) terrible name isn't it?  But basically its a really tasty bread recipe to help with those little constitutional issues, which I am sorry to admit I have...Main ingredients are All bran cereal, and a sugar substitute called Nature Sweet along with several other items that could be construed as fiber helpers, as I said is it actually quite tasty and reminds me of gingerbread for some reason, very moist...I got the recipe off Susan Maria's website, fiber products like benefiber usually take about a 1 -  1 & 1 /2 days to work themselves out of my system, so just starting to see some movement (LOL) results today...If you are interested in trying it out, I would be happy to post the recipe just let me know...

Hey Connie, Do you get your AcheivOne locally? I just cannot seem to justify the expense of shipping when ordered from the web, I've never tried it, but since I cannot get a sample single and the shipping is so high I just never have committed to trying it, instead I'm still experimenting with coffee style protein drinks at home...

WATER - probably 32 oz - I need to find a better way to keep track. Exercise - had to take a break til lungs heal a little but was on a roll and think I'll get back there.

Hi, Alesia!  I get my AchievONE from Bariatric Eating dot com.  It IS expensive for shipping but I gotta have it!  LOL  I have heard that there are some Whole Food Stores that carry it and there's also a store called Good Carbs that carries it - BUT they are 2-3 hours from here so it doesn't pay for me to go there.  It's the only protein drink I like so I just have to keep paying the price!

Hugs,
Connie
