I also wanted to say that Therapy with some one who is a professional with experience in eating disorders who has a positive out look tha tyou can be normal is a life saver.

HI Willow!!!! So I took the quiz and guess what?!?!?! It confirmed what I've known all along~I'm not normal, LOL!!!!! Thank you so much for posting this b/c I thought the article was very insightful. I know I struggle in most of these areas and I'm trying to work on it. One day at a time I guess!

Thanks for sharing a great article. It is always nice to get a reminder. I am using babyfit right now to keep track during my pregnancy. It is the sister site of sparkpeople and fabulous as well. Moderation is a tough place to get to after being obese but I am striving to get there, each and every day. Thanks again.  I would like to post this on the post op pregnancy forum if you dont mind.
