Accountability - What did you eat, Monday, 3/26

Good Morning All, Operating in a fog today, still not over this head thing I got goin' on and the meds make me foggy, but back at work and trying to get back on a good food schedule + push some extra liquids in... B - 2 protein balls S - slice sf oreo cheesecake ( got recipe of S/M's site, it's a keeper) L - 1 sf peppermint pattie       2 protein balls S - 1 prune D - 3/4 cup italian chicken with pastina        1/2 cup caesar salad S - 1 piece of candy       medium chocolate dipped banana       1 small chocolate dipped pretzel LIQUIDS - 103 oz water/crystal light Overall a pretty good day...Having a foggy health day helped put of the desire to eat, even snacking, so I guess that it also will help me get back on track...Only downfall as I see it was making the chocolate dipped strawberries and pretzels caused me to snack a little heavy in the evening, little bit of left over chocolate really tasted good on the banana (LOL)...Off to a good start today, of course, will post todays food in the A.M. tomorrow, see ya'll soon...

2 eggs 4 tbs. tuna salad 2 tbs kidney salad 2 tbs fruit salad .25 cup carrots 1 tbs potaote 1/2 cup bean salad 1/2 cup bean salad  calories 1031 fat 60 carbs 80 protein 46 INot enough protein, I should have drank a shake instead of the second  dish of kidney bean salad. Try again tomorrow

Since we got back from Italy a week ago, I have felt SO snacky!!!!  I'm trying to resist and make better food choices but yesterday wasn't one of my better days : B - 1/2 c Grape Nuts w/2 T ground flaxseed, banana, 1 c ff milk S - 2 snack size bags of pb Ritz Bitz, AchievONE L - Power Crunch Bar, 3/4 c mixed fresh fruit, 5 sf Werther's, sf Jell-O, 2 sf pb cookies S - 1/4 cantalope, lf mozzarella cheesestick, AchievONE D - 1/2 c lf cottage cheese w/nsa blueberry applesauce, 2/3 c peas, sf Jell-O w/ff Reddi-Wip, sf fudgie S - Biscotti, 1-1/2 c sf ice cream w/1 c blueberries and ff Reddi-Wip . Plus I drank 64 oz. water, 12 oz. cf Diet Coke, 16 oz. green tea and, instead of walking on the tread, I spent 6 hours cleaning the house. Hugs to all!!!!!
