Good morning all, Well I must say food wise, Saturday sucked, cleaned house and in between cleaning meet with contractors for tree removal and contractors for a custom closet installation...Made the day hectic and disjointed, thus basically spent the who day picking...Putting this down is a good way to remind myself what NOT TO DO...Cannot even brake this down into meals & snacks, except dinner it was that bad... Daytime 2 protein balls 3 sf peanut butter wafer cookies 1 piece sf pecan turtle 1 mini mounds bar 4 oz lf cottage cheese with 4 oz sf jello 1 piece sf peanutbutter cup 2 pieces sf pecan turtle 1 protein ball Dinner 6 shrimp scampi w/ 2 fettecini noodles 1/2 cup caesar salad 1/2 scoop no sugar added turtle icecream Total water or crystal light - 79 oz How is everyone else doing? Weekends are tough for me, not structured enough...

Connie, Awesome job on losing the couple pounds gained...I know when I see a heavy creep up I tend to get pushed into gear and do something about getting it back off, thats kinda what prompted this online accounting in the first place...Keep it up you are doing great and let us keep seeing your posts.. Thanks, Alesia

Saturday nor Sunday were good days for me.  I'm a stress mode.  Well... any excuse to eat will do! I ate everything that wasn't nailed down.  From my daughter's captain crunch cereal to McDonald's french fries!!! I don't dump, unfortunately.  Hopefully, I'll get my act together and do better on Monday.  Thanks for having this accountability post.  At least, it's got me thinking about what I'm doing! Have a great day! Denise

I eat pretty much the same day in and day out. With a few variations thrown in - at 5 years out it's pretty much habit for me. My fridge is stocked with cheese sticks and yogurt and bottles of water. Breakfast: scrambled egg (about 1/2) with cheese melted in.                     2 pieces of bacon. Lunch: nachos - eat the cheese and meat off the top - very few chips. Snack: cheese stick and little can of V8. Dinner: 8 ounce steak at steakhouse with friends. (ate half).               couple french fries, bite of salad. Water - about 96 ounces and 3 or 4 cups of coffee.

Boy you sound like me when it comes to routine foods.  The only change up is dinner and often even that is routine lol.   There is safety sometimes in routine, eh?  Good to se you Myrtle!
