Disappearing Grads?
I'm like you Jo~compeletly out of the loop, LOL!!!! I did notice that alot of people weren't around, but had no clue why?!?!?!?!?! I still find alot of what we discuss to be relevant and I enjoy stopping by daily, but of course I would love to have advice from anyone and everyone that is farther out than me~any knowledge I can gain at any point in my journey is of value to me. I just figure if you don't like the topic or have no interest in a certain topic then don't click on it~just continue on to something that is of interest to you! I don't get "bored" with what anyone has to say, but at different points we all have different needs~that's what makes the world go round I guess. Well, hopefully this will all get worked out and like QuinnsMomm said~she can just make a different identity so why even bother banning?? Just doesn't make much sense to me?!?!?!?!?

Hi Tracy! I'm with you on your thoughts about posting, etc. If someone doesn't like the subject title, then just skip over it. Just because most of us are old post-ops, it doesn't mean that we don't need a refresher! Shame on that poster above being so critical of others, and telling us to go to the doc for guidance. SHAME, SHAME and SHAME!
This board is here to support everyone.
Good to see you here too!
Lucy
Tracy,
I appreciate your reply to the "what happened to the old grads" question. Like you, I still really enjoy coming to OH pretty much daily. I don't spend the HOURS that I used to on the main board or on the grads board, but I still like dropping in for a quick fix nearly every day. Unlike what someone said above, I still like (& need) the "What did you eat today?" accountability posts. I don't often post myself, but I get some great encouragement just by reading.
I really regret that most of the old-timers are gone. I am struggling right now with 25 lbs. of re-gain and can use all the advice and "role-modeling" I can get. I like to hear about people who are struggling like me AND about people who are successfully staying near their goal weight.
And BTW, I think you are one of the most helpful people on this board--very encouraging and positive without being totally sugar-coated! Your success and discipline are very inspiring!
Jo
Always,
Jo
