Accountability-What did you eat Thursday 3/22?

Alright ladies and gentleman I am on board This morning March 23, 2007 Breakfast 2 slices of homemade apple bread - low fat - very tastey Snack 1 slice homemade cherry bread lunch 1 biscuit with 1/2 slice bologana  -gross - just starving to death dinner 1 slice of pizza and a strawbwerry milkshake......I know I know I am horrible. ( I promise only 1 piece) I have to say I have been very focused on my eating the lasttwo weeks and I have lost 3.5lbs so I am really happy, but Today I was out of slimfast shakes (my normal breakfast for the last 2weeks) and I was very stressed... I know I know I can't let my emotions control my eating habits, but I can honestly say that is my number one biggest struggle two years out. I will see you guys tomorrow night with a new update!

Okay I am a day late but this is what I ate yesterday. I too journal what I eat on a daily basis. Friday: B-two small buckwheat pancakes with SF syrup L-leftover home made shrimp stir fry, 7 bite size prunes S-blueberry yogurt smoothie, popcorn D-chick Fil A-4 chicken nuggets, a few fries, all of a coleslaw(felt icky afterwards, too much grease) Candy
