Willow, I wrote that down so I can give it a try. So do you eat that in the am or pm? And do you store the rest in the fridge? Thanks~ Tracy

I eat it in the am and store the remainder in the fridge - you could just use a couple table spoos of each to equal the 4 TB measure and do it one day at a time. It does get mushy when stored.

I would be wary of using weekly enemas. I take a prescription called Miralax which I mix into my coffee every morning. It works very well for me. I have had constipation troubles since the beginning and my doctor said I could take this every day.
