NEED MORE PROTEIN!!
Jessica-
I really like the protien drink they sell here on OH website called NECTAR. i like the fuzzy Navel flavor, and you mix it with water, and you get 20g of Protien per 16oz drink. It also doesn't have the yucky taste that some protien drinks have. Its fresh and fruity. They also have lemonaide, and OJ, and others.
Its GREAT!!!

i use pro_stat 64 for my protein you have to order it from online and it is not expensive it is something you can have in the office also or do it before and after work it is a liquid that you drink like 1 oz and then go on your way just like taking any of your other meds they do have a few flavors so pick the one you would like and do that I dont know how far out you are but if you need more protein this is one way to help you get it.
I keep a baggie full of almonds, walnuts, raisins, dates, and figs (all mixed together) in my car at all times - something you could keep at the office, too.
You could also get some unflavored protein powder and mix it with Crystal Light or something.
Some of my favorite protein snacks are low fat string cheese (if you have a refrigerator) and boiled eggs.
Hope this helps!

Hi:
I love, love, love the EAS Precision Protein drinks in Fruit Punch. Taste like Power Ade.
String or pre cut chunk cheese
I have heard of others that use something called a protein bullet drink, havent tried it.
I totally love the South Beach High Protein Cereal Bars, I have the PB and the chocolate. They have 10 gms of Protein each and are a great yummy snack.
Stallon High Protein Pudding; not bad tast wise, but kinda expensive.
I make my own and divide up into individual servings and they taste way better.
I also make up baggies of nuts with raisins; great protein and iron source.
Hope this helps!!

I keep protein balls (choc protein powder, peanut better and oats), sugar free pudding w/ protein powder, small containers of cottage cheese, cheese sticks, jerkey. crunch bars. Foster farms cooked chicken strips. All this at work keeps me with snacks that are healthy and deeps me from being temped by the things I don't need. Hope it helps.

Jack Link's Beef Steak Jerky 26g of protein in 2 oz
Carb Master's yogurt from Kroger (grocery) 12g in 6oz
and then the obvious string cheeses or protein bars
I did find a different kind of "snacky" protein bar at Wal-mart
I use it will I could kill for a candy bar (usually at work) it is the Payday Pro peanut bar
man this thang has too many calories but I think like 15g protein and IMO there are just times when it is worth it to eat one
Congrats on your approval for plastics
Have a great day!!!
