CRUISE TO LOSE!

Don’t miss out on the opportunity to meet and cruise with your fellow OH’ers and other WLS patients!  We’re planning a fun and informative week onboard Royal Caribbean’s Mariner of the Seas departing from Port Canaveral, Florida (30 minutes east of Orlando) on Sunday, September 30^th, sailing to the Eastern Caribbean.   During our Cruise to Lose, the Morton Plant Hospital Bariatric Team (includnig three surgeons, two of whom have done fellowships at the Cleveland Clinic, a bariatric coordinator, nutritionist and nurse practitioner) will be conducting information sessions and seminars as well as support group meetings to meet the needs of those who are pre-op, post-op and those considering weight loss surgery.  Friends and family members are welcome and encouraged to join us as well!   A deposit of $250 per person (or $500 per cabin) is due April 15^th.  Send me a PM with your email address, and I will forward you the Cruise to Lose brochure which covers pricing and all the details!  Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity!  See you onboard!
