Welcome Marie!!!  I'm new here too.  My graduation was February 20th.  I like this board because I can really relate to a lot of the posts.   I'm struggling with feeling like I eat too much.  It's depressing and I'm having a hard time today.  I KNOW what I should be doing.  It's just getting myself to actually do it.   You look great! As of today I guess I am officially a "grad", too!  I am still about 10 lbs. from my personal goal, and I am doing a bit of struggling with the food demons, but I think this will be a good place for me to come and learn and listen. hi everybody! Barb

Congrats on ur wt lost, im really proud of you. I am new to the one yr grad board also. My year out was Dec 27 of 06. I have lost 158 lbs now, I have reached my goal and now am trying to maintain where im at. I have a question for you or anyone else *****ads this post. Does your family tease you about being skinny  now or look like your sick or aids vic. Its hard to hear them say that, Doc says im in my perfect range and BMI is dead on. My mom says she dont want to put only bones in a grave. Its hard to hear them say that, i think it is a shock to see me skinny for the first time in there lives. But enouph about me again congrats and keep up the good work..
